Das Messer besteht aus 37 Lagen bestem n Stahl. Diese Schichten werden auf eine Schicht aus VG10-Stahl gelegt, sodass Sie ein Messer mit 37 Schichten erhalten. Dies wird auch Damaststahl genannt. Die Herstellungstechnik ist Jahrhunderte alt und führt zu stärkeren und härteren Messern. Dadurch sind die Messer unverzichtbar für jede Küche.

Griff aus Micarta

Diese Yaxell-Messer verwenden Micarta im Griff. Micarta ist ein Material, das aus einem mit Epoxidharz imprägnierten Leinen besteht. Dadurch ist das Material sehr stark.
