Solid turned flanged wheel for continuous use in rail and profile guides. The circumferential flange keeps the wheel securely on the running surface - whether on flat rails, angle irons or special profiles - and prevents lateral breakage even under load and lateral forces.
Material
Steel S355 (bright) — Structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good weldability and machinability. Untreated surface. For outdoor use or humid environments, subsequent corrosion protection is recommended.
Stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) — Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, suitable for humid environments, food areas and outdoor use without additional coating.
Version
With ball bearing — For free-running wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance ball bearing enables smooth, even running even with continuous operation.
With hub keyway — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub keyway accommodates a key and creates a form-fitting, torsionally rigid connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes and motor-driven chassis.
Typical Applications
Gantry cranes, suspended structures, trolleys on girders, roller conveyors with track guidance, driven chassis and special systems in plant and mechanical engineering.
