7 x Tarzan Movie Collection.

Tarzan of the Apes (1918)
Director: Scott Sidney
Leading Role: Elmo Lincoln, Enid Markey, True Boardman

Wealthy John (True Boardman) and Alice Clayton (Kathleen Kirkham) sail to Africa with their young son. But after a nasty mutiny, only the child survives. In the jungle, the boy is accepted by a motherly gorilla, who raises him as her own. Years later, a team sets out to locate the long-lost Clayton boy, only to find that he's now Tarzan (Elmo Lincoln), a savage who bears no traces of his upper-class origins. But, when natives attack the search party, it's the brutish Tarzan who must save them.

Tarzan the Ape Man (1932)
Director: W.S. Van Dyke
Leading Role: Johnny Weissmuller, Neil Hamilton, C. Aubrey Smit

Ivory-seeking explorers Harry Holt (Neil Hamilton) and James Parker (C. Aubrey Smith) arrive in a remote jungle to search for a mythical elephant graveyard. Accompanied by Parker's lovely daughter, Jane (Maureen O'Sullivan), the men are at odds with their dangerous environment. When the virile Tarzan (Johnny Weissmuller) and his primate companions abduct Jane, it creates conflict between the jungle dwellers and the outsiders. As Jane spends time with Tarzan, however, she begins to fall for him.

Tarzan the Fearless (1933)
Director: Robert F. Hill (as Robert Hill)
Leading Role: Buster Crabbe, Julie Bishop, Edward Woods

While studying in the remotest regions of Africa, archaeologist Dr. Brooks (E. Alyn Warren) is kidnapped and held hostage by a tribe of jungle dwellers. Lucky for him, he happens to be a friend of Tarzan (Buster Crabbe), the noble hero raised by apes in the continent's darkest forests. With the help of Brooks' daughter, Mary (Jacqueline Wells), Tarzan searches the jungle to find and rescue the scientist, but little does he know Mary's safari guides have insidious plans of their own.

The New Adventures of Tarzan (1935)
Director: Edward A. Kull, Wilbur McGaugh
Leading Role: Bruce Bennett, Ula Holt, Ashton Dearholt

The New Adventures of Tarzan is a 1935 American movie (adapted from the 12 chapter TV serial) starring Herman Brix. The movie is a more authentic version of the character than most other adaptations, with Tarzan as a cultured and well educated gentleman as in the original Edgar Rice Burroughs novels. It was filmed during the same period as the Johnny Weissmuller/Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Tarzan films. Film exhibitors had the choice of selecting the serial or the episodes edited into two separate films, The New Adventures of Tarzan and Tarzan and the Green Goddess.

The movie was filmed in Guatemala, and Tarzan was played by Herman Brix (known post-war as Bruce Bennett). The final screenplay was credited to Charles F. Royal, and from Episode 6 onward, also Basil Dickey. It was produced by Ashton Dearholt, Bennett Cohen and George W. Stout under the corporate name of “Burroughs-Tarzan Enterprises, Inc.” (which also distributed) and was directed by Edward Kull and Wilbur F. McGaugh.

Tarzan and the Green Goddess (1938)
Director: Edward A. Kull (as Edward Kull), Wilbur McGaugh
Leading Role: Bruce Bennett, Ula Holt, Frank Baker

Tarzan has left his native Africa and ventured to the jungles of Guatemala in search of a missing friend. Tarzan teams up with an expedition looking for a fabled lost city that contains the Green Goddess, a legendary jeweled idol worshipped by the ancients. Tarzan and company travel through the steaming jungles; battling wild animals, the heat and humidity; to suddenly find themselves at the lost city and surrounded by the descendants of the ancients.

This is the second of two films edited from the 1935 serial, The New Adventures of Tarzan, the first bearing the same name. Herman Brix (also known as Bruce Bennett) plays the lead role, portraying him as the intelligent, literate English Lord he was in the books.

Tarzan's Revenge (1938)
Director: D. Ross Lederman
Leading Role: Glenn Morris, Eleanor Holm, George Barbier

Tarzan swings to the rescue when an evil African chieftain takes a beautiful safari member as his bride.

Tarzan and the Trappers (1958)
Director: Charles F. Haas (as Charles Haas), Sandy Howard
Leading Role: Gordon Scott, Eve Brent, Rickie Sorensen

The ape man (Gordon Scott), Jane (Eve Brent) and their son (Ricki Sorenson) protect jungle animals.

Comfortable and Supportive Ergonomic Chair
I bought this chair a while ago but just got around to give a honest review, and I am okay with its comfort and support. The adjustable lumbar support provides excellent lower back relief. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy and well-built. A great value for anyone seeking comfort and quality in an office chair.

Decent chair for the price
Bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade from his old chair. The wicker material is super comfy and breathable so you're never sweaty from the chair. It's also hyper adjustable. My only con is the bottom seat piece; it is a little too narrow for my hips to fit nicely (I'm a bigger girl) but for my boyfriend it just fits. It is not a deal breaker but something to consider especially if you're wider like me. Also since the entire bottom seat is wicker with zero padding, the front lip of can be a little uncomfortable with the plastic under piece slightly pushing into your legs but its more bothersome than anything. For the price I feel pretty good about it.

Great support and easy to assemble!
Really can't complain about anything about this chair, it was delivered quickly, packaged very securely and very easy to put together with simple instructions. I work from home and am older with multiple joint problems and this chair has many different ways to be adjusted that really help, especially if I'm extra achy or sore. I really like how the arm rest can be angled so that I can access my keyboard at my desk ergonomically and the arms can be lifted up and out of the way all together so that I can position myself closer to the desk when needed. A really nice chair for a great price.
