Yarrow Essential Oil has high levels of chamazulene and is a great source of β-Caryophyllene. Yarrow is recognized by the FDA as a food additive (meaning it’s safe to ingest). Many yarrow products on the market contain thujone—a chemical that’s toxic to the nervous system and should never be ingested. However, doTERRA yarrow essential oil is tested to ensure it doesn’t contain even trace amounts of thujone.

Pomegrante Seed Oil is a cold-pressed carrier oil. This cold-pressing method provides the highest amount of crucial fatty acids, while also keeping the oil free of impurities. Pomegranate seed oil is uniquely rich in punicic acid (CLnA) and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). CLA is known as an “omega-5” fatty acid because of the location of the double bond in its chemical structure. When ingested, these unique conjugated fatty acids are known to provide metabolic support within key organs like the liver and pancreas, specifically in processes such as lipid transport and metabolism.
