The factory ZD30 intercooler core size is 170x250x60mm, giving a surface area of 425cm­², and a volume of 2550cc.
Our Series 2 intercooler measures 450x300x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 1350cm², and a larger volume of 10260cc.
That's an increase of over 3 times in surface area cooling, and FOUR TIMES the charge air cooling volume!
