At the same time, it is a multi-molecule essential oil, just like Lavender essential oil, adding it appropriately to some formulas will make the smell richer and double the effect. It should be noted that due to the strong calming effect of clary sage, the concentration should not exceed 1% each time. Usage

For local use, concentration ≤1%

For full body use, concentration ≤ 0.5%

For aromatic diffuse, 1-5 drops/use,  1-2 times/day

How to blend the oil concentration

5ml carrier oil + 1 drop of single essential oil = 1% concentration

5ml carrier oil + 2 drops of single essential oil = 2% concentration
