We build custom battery cables for customer trucks in our shop, and over the years we’ve seen just about every imaginable “shade-tree” method of adding electrical accessories. One of the cleanest and most reliable solutions we’ve found is a double-ended battery terminal bolt, similar to those used on some OE vehicles.
When we tried to source these through traditional battery terminal suppliers, we came up empty—so we decided to manufacture our own.
These accessory battery bolts allow you to easily add power and ground connections without disturbing your main battery cables. If your truck uses the common lead-style battery terminals (as shown in the photos), simply swap these bolts into one or both battery connectors to create a clean, secure mounting point for accessories such as lights, winches, tuners, or audio equipment.
