• HPS intercooler charge pipe hot side is a simple yet effective performance upgrade for 2018-2019 Lexus RC300 2.0L Turbo oem restrictive plastic intercooler piping. HPS R&D team reverse engineered the original part to offer a product that ticks all of the boxes; Durability, Performance, and Style. Made from lightweight mandrel bent 2.5" aluminum tubing, the charge pipe kit has less bend and better air flow compared to the oem restrictive design. The bead rolled pipe ends prevent couplers from popping off under boost. It has HPS industrial grade high temperature 4-ply reinforced oil resistant floruolined silicone coupler and heavy duty 100% stainless steel t-bolt clamps to secure the connection. The kit includes a custom made bracket to reinforce the connection (for which you will not find from other charge pipes). HPS turbo charge pipe also includes 1/8" NPT bung to give you the option of running methanol injection or boost gauges (even nitrous systems). Installation can be completed in 90 minutes with basic hand tools and does not require permanent modification or ECU reflash.The intercooler piping kit optimizes and smooth out the air flow, increase horsepower +6.6 Whp , torque +9.1 Ft/lbs and improve throttle response without re-tuning the ECU. Fits 2018-2019 Lexus RC300 2.0L Turbo.
