PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

What makes this product different?
The UQL1124 offers a distinctive Americana-inspired lantern form that blends a cage-style aluminum frame with clear seedy glass for vintage character. Unlike many standard outdoor post lights with plain glass panels, its gently sloping cap and interlocking curved frame create depth and architectural interest. The estate bronze finish adds richness, while the seeded glass subtly diffuses light for a warm, rustic glow—ideal for those seeking charm and craftsmanship beyond more utilitarian outdoor fixtures.

Why is this product worth the price?
The UQL1124 San Francisco post light, weighing a substantial 8 lbs, justifies its price through a combination of premium construction, enduring value, and design sophistication. Its rustic vintage lantern style, crafted from aluminum with a unique cage design and seedy glass, speaks to its artisanal nature, setting it apart from mass-produced options. Reviews mention the fixture's impressive light output and high-end feel. This, coupled with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, makes the San Francisco collection a worthwhile investment for those seeking timeless elegance and lasting performance.

What value does this product offer over similar options?
The UQL1124 improves evening gatherings into memories as its seedy glass casts dancing shadows through the cage framework, creating an ambiance mass-market lanterns simply can't achieve. While competitors offer thin aluminum shells that rattle in storms, this 8-pound fixture's substantial construction and wet-rated durability weather decades gracefully. Your neighbors' generic post lights fade into darkness, but Urban Ambiance's artisanal detailing and UA Guarantee deliver the curb appeal that makes coming home feel like arriving somewhere special.

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:

Deeply rooted in the timeless Americana tradition, the San Francisco collection showcases a rustic vintage lantern; the fixture adopts a cage design sheltering a parallel element of clear seedy glass. The aluminum body starts at the top as a descending oversized cap with gently slanting lean frames that curve inward and intersect at the base. Locking up the vertical frames is a circular layer almost closing the base gap, creating a cage setup. The encased seedy glass mirrors the shape of the frame and appears heavy at the bottom for an accented diffusion.

Excellent
Format: Paperback
As a second-year cardiology fellow, I used to get very confused with hemodynamics during my cath and CCU rotations. This book is a gem, it is clear and logically written, has great explanations of waves and great illustrations. The constrictive pericarditis, valvular disease, and FFR chapters are impressive with echocardiographic and physiologic correlations. I actually liked everything I read, like the nice differentiation between the pressure tracings of various chambers. Some of it requires multiple reads but it is worth it. I realized that I had missed a great deal of the basic understanding of pressure tracing configuration, wedge pressure, shunts. There are also over 50 cases in a test-answer format probably covering and reviewing most hemodynamic topics. It is like 2 books in 1.

Bought this book. Good content. However my copy is in black and white. There are references to colored arrows. I later learned that others have a colored copy.

A welcome addition to training in hemodynamics
Format: Paperback
Purchased this book for my husband, the director of the Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist Program at a small college. He has been very pleased with the book, calling it a long-overdue addition to the field. It's very helpful in training technologists and others working in Cardiac Cath Labs to recognize hemodynamic waveforms and do calculations. It offers a lot of practice questions in addition to explanations.

Clear Concise
Format: Paperback
I like the way that this book is laid out. Rather than long drawn out droning chapters it is split into shorter more specific sections. The graphics are plenty big. The case examples and guided questions are useful in reinforcing the knowledge. A good resource for any new CVT or CVT student.
