Mega D-3 & Mk-7 - 120 Caps

NOW® Mega D-3 and MK-7  combines vitamins D-3 and K-2, two nutrients extensively researched for their role in bone, dental and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D-3 works with calcium to support bone health, and newer research indicates it is also important for immune system health. MenaQ7® MK-7 is a unique, soy-free, bioavailable form of vitamin K-2 that plays a key role in arterial health through its ability to support proper calcium metabolism in blood vessels and arteries. Vitamin K-2 is also important for the formation of strong, healthy bones.

Ingredients:  anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin K2 (MK-7, MenaQ7, menaquinone), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin).

How to use:  1 capsule a day with a meal with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation is intended for adults and is not intended for children. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking anticoagulants (such as warfarin, acenocoumarol) should consult a doctor before using the preparation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation and two weeks before a planned surgery or procedure. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
