ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Would definitely recommend this watch.

Nice manly watch. Many Timex watches are too small. I love the size of this one and yet it's still lightweight. The face of the watch is neatly organized and very clear to read. Indiglo light works well at night. Only thing I see missing from this watch is a countdown timer. It has a stopwatch.

THIS WATCH IS NOT WATERPROOF AT 8 FT

DO NOT BUY TIMEX WATCHES - TIMEX ARE LIARS- I just called Timex and was told "a 30 meter rating is only for washing hands, not for swimming" This is a BIG FAT LIE. If the watch is only for swimming then SAY THAT!
I AM VERY DISATISFIED- THIS WATCH LEAKED IN 8 FT OF WATER WHILE SWIMMING IN MY POOL .
-ALSO, WATCH FACE IS VERY DARK AND HARD TO READ. Even if it didn't leak I would be very unhappy.
I want a refund? This watch is only a week old when it failed.
