Digitally remastered and expanded edition of Tease's 1983 debut including three bonus tracks. The Los Angeles R&B scene of the 1980's was a place known for slick studio work and Ray Parker Jr., a Detroit import, had made a name for himself on the Sunset strip, writing and producing for a plethora of artists including his own act, Raydio. Somehow, he and his cohorts in Raydio, namely one Ollie Brown, found their way around the R&B scene in this era, rather deftly. Tease, first assembled in 1979 in LA, changing it's members with each album; the group in this 1983 debut was perhaps their strongest incarnation. The falsetto's on the opener, "Flash" let's the lead vocals shine for the remainder of the album. Songs like "I Found in You" and "Part of Me" step outside the bands influences in that they are conventional ballads, without the kind of humour that keeps you from taking the songs completely seriously. Both "What Should I Do" and "Saturday Night" tread a new wave/pop/rock territory that shows Tease venture out of comfortable R&B and Funk lands - but at the same time, do not sound completely out of place or uncomfortable for the band. "Bite" and "Pretty Little Lady" bring that hard funk in heavy doses, while "Put the Brakes on Baby" goes left with an interesting bridge that shows the most originality of their grooves on the record, but goes a little more obviously risque toward the end, almost to their detriment.

Quality product that serves my need!

I purchased this to accommodate my work from home set up and for the most part it does a good job. Whenever I turn my laptop on it gives me a message that it needs a little bit more powerful version. I am still able to use it probably would just not plug anything else into it. I work from home on average two days a week sometimes more and this comes in extremely handy to hook up my additional monitor, keyboard, mouse, and one additional item if I chose, so I like to buy anker brand as I know it’s reliable, and they stand behind their product. I have never had anything but good results with anker products. It is a great size for portability if I need to work from somewhere other than home, it’s super easy to use basically plug-in play. It does get a little warm. I’m sure the more things that are plugged into it would cause it to get warmer quicker overall I am happy with this product. It serves the purpose I bought it for.

Great for work
Style: 7 in 1 【1 HDMI】
I bought this to use with my MacBook for work, and it’s been a really useful all-in-one hub. One of the biggest advantages is not having to carry separate adapters for HDMI, USB devices, and SD cards. It makes it much easier to connect everything I need at my desk or when working away from home.
The HDMI connection worked well with an external monitor, and the USB ports have been useful for keyboard/mouse and flash drives. The pass-through charging is also a big plus since it lets me keep my MacBook powered while still expanding the number of ports available. That makes a big difference if your MacBook already has limited ports to begin with.
I also like that it’s compact and easy to keep in a laptop bag, so it works well for both a desk setup and travel. It can get a little warm during longer use, but that seems pretty normal for a small hub doing multiple things at once. Overall, this has been a helpful and convenient accessory for turning a MacBook into a more practical work setup.

My experience with the Anker Products is Great.

I now have several Anker Products in my home. These folks just know how to build products. Affordable and durable, stable and easy to use. This 7 in 1 is all Plug and Play. I am using an external power supply, and this product delivers it to all of my connected devices.
The stability of every thing plugged into the USB Ports keeps everything connected just as it should.
I recommend the Anker Product Line and this product in particular.
