First organised in 1969, the Trans Pennine Run attracts an annual entry of around 200 vehicles coming from all over the UK.The event starts at Birch Services on the M62 at Manchester at about 7.30 in the morning and runs for 64 miles via Rochdale, Halifax and Bradford, taking in some of the finest Yorkshire scenery along the way. From 11.30 the vehicles start arriving at the famous Harrogate Stray where they are then displayed to the public.Avid photographer, Roy Dodsworth has been following the event since the late 1990s and has a collection of over 3000 images taken there. This book collects together 262 of Roy's favourite truck photos, including a bit of history about each of the vehicles - many of which have been restored to their original livery. The Trucks of the Trans Pennine Run is a must-have for any driver who has ever participated in the run. Dogs love them!

I had to by one for each one of my dogs after purchasing the first one for the new puppy. All three, pink, red, and blue are the same size fyi. Dogs love them and they seem very durable for my heavy chewers.

90’s me be jealous 🥹

26 years later, here I am- the sparkling unicorn of an adult the late 90’s child version of myself DREAMED of while coating ✨EVERYTHING✨ in glitter and shimmer. Only now, I have an Amazon card and the impulse control of a toddler, so I sparkle now 🤩.
Am I 40 years old? Absolutely.
Did my kindergarteners at school ask why I sparkle now? Absolutely.
Did my mid-life crisis self lie to them, and say because I’m a magical unicorn? Absolutely.
Did they believe me? ABSOLUTELY.
10/10 recommend, but only if you too want to live your best magical unicorn life!
Technical notes- the smell is light and lovely. It dries without a “feel” so I forget I even have it on. The shimmer is noticeable, but not like I rolled in glitter. I’m enjoying the bronze glimmer color, but I’m sure will be back soon for more. I could easily spray more if I wanted to be more blatant with my attention seeking. I will absolutely be using this stuff from now until I’m in my grave with no shame!
