This multi-function reach-in cabinet streamlines prep with high-capacity blast chilling, freezing, and thawing in one self-contained stainless steel package.
- Multi-function cabinet works as a blast chiller, freezer, thawing cabinet, retarder/proofer, and slow cooker/warmer.
- Holds up to 16 full-size 18 Inch x 26 Inch x 1 Inch pans for high-volume production.
- Chills 140 lb. from 194°F to 37°F in 90 minutes and freezes 100 lb. from 194°F to 0°F in 240 minutes.
- Programmable electronic controls include LCD display, HACCP monitoring, printer, safety micro-switch, and RS 485 connection.
- Self-contained bottom-mount refrigeration, stainless steel construction, and adjustable feet support easier installation and daily use.
