IPX 4 water protection.

Large sized pan support in cast iron (stainless steel as option) with long center fins to allow the use of the largest down to the smallest pans.

Oven thermostat adjustable from 110 °C to 270 °C.

Protected pilot light.

The four 5.5 kW high efficiency flower flame burners allow the flame to adapt to different size pans.

Unit to have stainless steel feet with height adjustment up to 50 mm.

Pan supports in cast iron are washable in a dishwasher.

Base compartment consists of a gas heated standard oven with stainless steel burners and self stabilizing flame positioned beneath the base plate. Stainless steel oven chamber to have 3 levels of runners to accomodate 2/1 GN shelves (2 steam pans) and ribbed enamelled steel base plate.

Control knobs provide smooth, continuous rotation from min to max power level.

Model has right-angled side edges to allow flush fitting joints between units, eliminating gaps and possible dirt traps.

One piece pressed 1.5 mm work top in Stainless steel.

All exterior panels in Stainless Steel with Scotch Brite finishing.

I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.

This book is an excellent introduction to the basic principles of insurance. We used this text as a supplement in our Intro to Act. Sci. class. It is very readable, easy to understand. Minimal mathematics required, some basic calculus concepts used, but only briefly. Don't let it's small size fool ya, it has plenty of information in there.
