Each crystal bracelet contains round 8mm crystal beads on an elasticized cord, ideal for easy sizing and comfort. All stones are cleansed and infused with Usui Reiki light prior to delivery. I truly love these pillows. They are sent with extra filling so if their not firm enough you can add more and if their to firm you can remove some. You can make these pillows to your liking. They fluff right back up. Their comfortable and you really get your moneys worth. I love them.
