Harley Davidson® greatly improved the stopping power of the 2023 CVO models by utilizing the larger 12.6” (320mm) diameter rotors found on the Pan America models as opposed to the 11.8” (300mm) rotors found on most other HD bikes. They expanded this change in diameter to even more (not all) Touring models in 2024. Despite this improvement, you can further upgrade the performance and style of your Harley Bagger or Pan Am (mag wheels only) with these TC Bros. Profile™ rotors. Designed for increased cooling and lighter weight, these rotors are precision manufactured using premium materials.

Fitment note: Please click on the fitment tab to see all model fitments. These 12.6” diameter rotors are designed to fit models in which the hub is integrated directly into the wheel, and the rotor is one-piece. This is commonly found on non-CVO models with mag wheels instead of wire spokes. 

Harley also uses a different style, milti-piece, floating 12.6” diameter rotor in which the center carrier has a traditional 5x3.5” bolt pattern. This style is commonly found on 2023-up CVO models and 2021-up Pan America models with wire spoke wheels. Rotors for these models can be found by clicking here.

Harley currently utilizes 11.8” rotors on select Touring models (Road King, etc.) and these 12.6” rotors will not fit. 11.8” diameter Touring rotors can be found by clicking here.

TC Bros. recommends use of semi-sintered or full-sintered pads in conjunction with our brake discs. As with any brake service, using new pads is mandatory. In keeping with standard shop practice, completely and thoroughly cleaning the disc(s) using soap and water is required before installation. Washing and drying the friction surface is critical to ensure packing oil does not contaminate the brake pads.
