We silk screen the chassis and assemble the PCBs at our Salt Lake City factory. We flow solder the PCBs, send them to post flow assembly where we add the fragile components soldering

After that process the steel is powder coated to a high gloss red done by US labor. We silk-screen the chassis and assemble the PCB′s at our Salt Lake City factory. We flow solder the PCB′s, send them to post flow assembly where we add the fragile components soldering them in by hand. We test the PCB′s and send them to mechanical assembly were the PA253 is completed then tested again. The boxes that we use are made in a facility just a few miles from us. Even the out bound shipping boxes, biodegradable peanuts and printing materials are made in the US. Yes, some of the parts used like the power adapter, jacks, knob and IC′s are not made by us and come from countries other than the US. We pride ourselves on keeping as much as we can in the US including 100% of the product development and design.
