This necklace features a stamped brass 3-Onlies medallion on leather cording with a teeny puffy brass heart charm.

The 3-Onlies charm is stamped with "Only LOVE, Only GOD, Only NOW" to serve as a gentle reminder of what's true as you move through your day.

The medallion is strung on reddish brown leather cording and closes with a lovely brass Mag-Lok clasp. You can read more about the clasp below.

More About the Clasp

The Mag-Lok is a very strong, self-aligning rare earth magnet encased in brass. The advantage of a Mag-Lok is that it's easy to open and close. To open, it is best to SLIDE the two halves apart rather than pulling. A thumbnail can be handy to get it started. It closes itself!

**NOTE: Those with pacemakers should NOT wear the Mag-Lok. If you need to avoid the magnets, let me know and I will swap it out for a more traditional lobster claw style clasp.

So much better than the sugar version which has SOOOO much sugar it gave me heartburn. Yes, the sugar version is tasty like Tang, but that sugar gave me indigestion. The aspartame version was disgusting. This Stevia is awesome. Because it doesn’t have tons of sugar, you only need 2 heaping teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons of the regular. I think it’s delicious and also has natural coloring, the sugar version has artificial dyes. I drink it everyday and my GI tract has never been happier. Only one small issue, this size container (~14 oz) is narrow, so buy the bigger bottle (23 or 34?) so you can reach in to scoop it easily. I have zero bloating or gas and sometimes take it more than once per day. It supposedly decreases appetite if taken before meals. It expands in your gut! Perfect. Just don’t take it within 2 hours of oral meds/vitamins as it can supposedly decrease gut absorption. Enjoy the results!!

This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.
