Ace Frehley, a founding member of KISS, played a pivotal role in shaping the iconic sound and image of one of rock music’s most legendary bands. The Ace Frehley Now Playing compilation album features a collection of classic tracks, including “Rock Soldiers,” co-written with the renowned songwriter Chip Taylor, “Breakout,” co-written with KISS’s Eric Carr, “Into the Night,” and “Calling to You.”
Under the moniker “Frehley’s Comet,” the album includes songs like “Insane,” “Dancin’ With Danger,” and “It’s Over Now,” which were released in 1988 as part of KISS’s album “Second Sighting.” Additionally, “Shot Full of Rock,” “Hide Your Heart,” and “Trouble Walkin’” are featured from 1989’s “Trouble Walkin’.”
Frehley’s solo career, which began with his platinum debut album in 1978, continues to captivate audiences and inspire new generations of musicians. In February 2024, he released his latest album, further solidifying his status as a musical icon.
