6g Citrulline, stacked focus support, and transparent high-performance energy

Ryse Stim Daddy Pre-Workout is a straight-up, fully disclosed formula with stims that focuses on three big things: more energy for training, sharper focus, and keeping your output going strong even when the workout gets tough. It's not just about the caffeine. The setup is simple: pump up blood flow with citrulline and arginine, fight fatigue with beta-alanine and betaine, and boost focus during stress with tyrosine, N-acetyl L-tyrosine, citicoline, caffeine, and huperzia serrata extract.

The base for pumps and performance is 6g L-citrulline malate. Citrulline is better than arginine when you take it by mouth for boosting nitric oxide – that's the stuff that widens blood vessels. It raises arginine levels in your body and helps make nitric oxide, which means better blood flow to your muscles. At 6g, this is a real dose that can help with pumps, lasting longer, and feeling less wiped out – right in line with what studies show for pre-workouts. They throw in 1g L-arginine too. Alone, 1g is low compared to the usual 3-6g in research, but with citrulline, it adds to the nitric oxide push.

Beta-alanine is here at 2g. It helps make carnosine in your muscles, which buffers acid buildup during intense efforts. That's key for stuff like long sets, supersets, or pushing sleds – anything high-intensity from one to ten minutes. Honestly, 2g is under the 3.2-6.4g that maxes out carnosine fast. But if you use it regularly, you'll still build up over time, just not as quick as with a higher dose.

Betaine anhydrous at 1.5g suppor

RYSE Stim Daddy by RYSE contains 3.2g Beta Alanine, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg L-Citrulline Malate — this is the core of the pump and blood flow in here. Citrulline works better than arginine when swallowed to boost arginine and nitric oxide levels, so this dose really helps if you want a pre that feels like it's boosting your workout, not just loading you with stims.
  • 275mg Caffeine — a solid mid-to-high stim amount that gives you real drive, alertness, and that push to train without jumping straight into the super intense category. For a lot of experienced folks, this hits the spot – energy up, but you can handle it.
  • 1,500mg L-Tyrosine — a good chunk of this amino that helps make dopamine and norepinephrine. It shines when you're under stress, like in a tough workout where your focus might drop and things get mentally hard.
  • 750mg N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine — added to the regular tyrosine to beef up the focus side. People debate if NALT is as good as plain tyrosine, but having both shows they're serious about supporting your mental game from different angles.
  • 1,000mg Taurine — at the lower end of what studies use, but it's a smart add to a stim pre. Taurine helps with cell water balance, calcium in muscles, and brain signals, making the energy feel more useful during your actual lifts.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — not the full max dose from studies, but still decent if you take it regularly. It builds carnosine in muscles over time, which fights acid buildup in hard sets and helps with that delayed fatigue.
  • 1,500mg Betaine Anhydrous — a helpful dose for power and keeping cells hydrated, though not the top amount. Betaine pulls water into cells, and while lots of studies use 2.5g, this still adds to the workout boost.
  • 1,000mg L-Arginine — not enough to be the main pump driver alone, but it makes sense with citrulline. They both work on nitric oxide, and citrulline fixes arginine's weak spots when taken orally.

RYSE Stim Daddy by RYSE contains 3.2g Beta Alanine, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders doing high-volume hypertrophy who want a pre that makes training feel better and helps you push more. The 6g citrulline malate boosts pumps and flow, while tyrosine, citicoline, and caffeine keep you focused in long sessions.
  • Seasoned gym rats training early who need a good stim kick without the extreme. 275mg caffeine feels real but not like the 400mg+ that can be too much for some.
  • Lifters who dig mind-muscle connection in accessories, supersets, and machines as much as raw energy. Citicoline and huperzia help with brain signals for attention and control.
  • Athletes in build-up phases with lots of repeated efforts, where handling fatigue is key over max lifts. Beta-alanine and taurine help buffer and keep output steady.
  • Folks stepping up from basic pres who want better quality and clear labels. Full doses shown, no blends, so you know what's in it.
  • People who like tyrosine in their pre and want more focus than usual. 1.5g L-tyrosine plus 750mg NALT is built for mental toughness in stress.

How to Use

Begin with 1 scoop in 10-12 oz cold water 20-30 minutes pre-workout to test it out. With 275mg caffeine and focus boosters, new users or those off stims should not go big right away. If it feels good and your workouts need it, hit the full serving as labeled for more punch. Empty stomach makes it hit faster and stronger; with a small meal, it's smoother if stims bother you. Shaker over spoon for mixing this dense stuff. Skip combining with other pres, strong fat burners, or big coffees unless you track caffeine total. Stacks well with creatine and intra hydration, no extra caffeine needed. No need to cycle for safety like some wild stims, but breaks help keep it fresh. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot to keep it from clumping.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: after drinking, it just settles in without a big rush. Minutes 10-20: caffeine starts hitting, you feel more alert, and some get that beta-alanine skin tingle. Minutes 20-40: prime time for workouts – focus from tyrosine and caffeine, pumps from citrulline, and you're ready to go. Minutes 40-90: energy holds steady without a quick drop, pumps and focus stick if you're hydrated and fueled. Days 1-7: you feel the immediate stuff like energy, focus, pumps. Weeks 2-4 with regular use: beta-alanine ramps up carnosine, making intense sets and repeats easier. If you use it sporadically, you get the quick hits, but endurance builds less.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Ryse Stim Daddy Pre-Workout?

Stim Daddy provides 275mg caffeine per serving based on the verified formula provided here. That places it in a strong moderate-stim range: enough for experienced users to feel a clear increase in energy and training drive without automatically pushing into the 400mg-plus high-stim extreme.

Is 6g of citrulline malate enough to actually feel a pump?

Yes. Six grams is a meaningful performance dose for citrulline-based pump support and sits in the range where nitric oxide benefits become much more noticeable than the underdosed 3-4g formulas common in the category. You should expect better blood flow, more muscle fullness, and a stronger training pump, especially when hydration and carbohydrates are adequate.

Why does Stim Daddy use both L-tyrosine and N-acetyl L-tyrosine?

The formula uses 1.5g L-tyrosine and 750mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine to reinforce catecholamine precursor support from more than one angle. The practical goal is better focus, stress resilience, and mental drive during demanding training sessions, especially when stacked with caffeine.

Will this pre-workout make me tingle?

Possibly. Stim Daddy contains 2g beta-alanine, which can cause a harmless tingling sensation called paresthesia in some users, especially if taken quickly or on a relatively empty stomach. Not everyone feels it the same way, but it is a normal response to the ingredient.

Is the beta-alanine dose in Stim Daddy clinically dosed?

Not by the most common research standard. Clinical beta-alanine dosing is typically 3.2-6.4g per day, while Stim Daddy provides 2g. That is still a useful amount with consistent use, but it is below the textbook target for fastest carnosine saturation.

Is Stim Daddy more of a pump pre or a focus pre?

It does both, but its edge is probably the combination. The 6g citrulline malate gives it real pump credibility, while the caffeine, tyrosine, citicoline, and huperzia stack make the focus side stronger than average for this category.

Can I stack Stim Daddy with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to round out the formula. Stim Daddy does not include creatine, so adding 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily complements the pre-workout by supporting phosphocreatine recycling and high-intensity performance from a different mechanism than beta-alanine or caffeine.

Should beginners use Ryse Stim Daddy?

Most true beginners are better off starting with a simpler or lower-stim pre-workout. If a newer user does choose Stim Daddy, starting with 1 scoop is the right move because 275mg caffeine plus the nootropic stack can feel intense if you do not already know your tolerance.

How long before training should I take Stim Daddy?

Take it about 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That timing gives the caffeine and focus ingredients enough time to begin taking effect as you start your warm-up, while the pump ingredients are entering circulation as the session ramps up.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. Stim Daddy uses a fully disclosed label with no proprietary blend, so every major active and every dose is visible. That makes it much easier to compare the formula honestly against the research and against competing pre-workouts.

Great watch, wristband wears out after a while. Uses a Skmei 1251 band.
Watch is reliable, doesn't drift in time too much, very efficient on battery, has gotten complimented on the look a few times and has a nice user interface. It's also great to be able to see the date without pressing any buttons. The band has fatigued and snapped after many months of putting on and taking off the watch, but If you'd like to find a replacement band, search for Skmei 1251 wristbands.

Inexpensive sports watch that was easy to set up and works well.
I have had this watch for a few days. The included instructions were very basic, but I figured out how to set everything up pretty easily. The watch band is pretty adjustable, fits my fairly wide wrists very well. For the price, about half the cost of the name brand very similar watch it replaced, the watch works well, I am very pleased.

This is a great watch for the price!
I purchased this watch to use mostly down at my cabin. It is well-made, the functions are easy to use, and it has withstood all the abuse I’ve put it through. I wear this while hunting, cutting firewood, riding ATVs, and just running around the timber. If I destroy this watch in six months, it will be well worth the money I paid for it, but I don’t think that’s going happen. It’s stylish enough to wear to the office and just going out. If you’re looking for an every day watch, you’re not worried about destroying, this is the one to get.

Excellent Time Keeper // Terrible Wristband !
The watch itself is fantastic. When I first got it, and set it up, I set it to the time on my computer, which is as accurate as you can get. In the beginning I checked the time accuracy daily. After a few weeks my time checks changed to once, or twice a week. I never had to change the watch's time. The seconds would vary a little, in comparison to the computer clock. But, it never got more than 30 seconds either side of the computer clock. However, the watchband is a big time NO-GO! The buckle, where you connect it on your wrist, can be frustrating most of the time when you are trying to put it on. Once you've got it on, the strap that goes beyond the buckle is held down by a sliding keeper, that slides in and out depending on what you're doing. Terrible design! I wanted to buy a "Twist-a-Flex" wristband, but couldn't find one that matched the unusual design where the straps attach to the watch body. I bought the watch 4 months ago. Today, one of the 4 pins, that connect the straps to the watch body, fell out somewhere, making the watch impossible to wear. Excellent price. Excellent timepiece. Worst design for a wristband that I've ever seen.

Excellent for price, you won't be sorry
If you are looking for a watch with a lot of features that doesn't cost a lot, this is your watch. I tear up watches fairly easily in my line of work and after I killed my Seiko I decided I would hunt out a cheap watch. There aren't a lot of watches at this price range that include a stopwatch, date (with day of the week), AND has a light that is bright enough to actually read the time in the dark. This one does. The watch not dainty; it is big and bulky, bigger than I thought it would be, but not unwieldy and not super heavy. Expect it to be big. This also helps with readability (My son can read the time on this watch from the other side of the couch). The band feels rugged, made of a pliable and soft- feeling rubber and has a two- pronged belt- like closure (think 'biker belt') that keeps it secure on the wrist. Additionally, the holes for the band goes the entire length of the band so it is adjustable for really small wrists up to about 9.25" circumference. Others have complained about how easily the face scratches, but I suspect they've failed to remove the protective coating on the lens. It's a protective film that you have to get your fingernail under to pull off. Once that's off, the lens is crystal clear and fairly tough. I've had mine for a week now and used it under some fairly harsh conditions and the lens is still clear and scratch-free. My only complaint seems petty for a watch at this price point, but the strap-end hold down 'belt'--- the loop that holds down the extra length of the strap when it's buckled--- moves easily and so in use it will occasionally come off and you have to retuck the end back into it. But seriously, this is really minor. If you need an inexpensive digital that's easy to read in both daylight and darkness, ya don't mind a large and bulky, rugged- looking watch, and don't want to spend an arm and a leg, get this one. You likely won't be sorry.
