Boss Door Controls ITS6224 Concealed Overhead Door Closer - Power Size 2-4

An efficient, durable true CAM action slide door closer with high corrosion resistance. Suitable for most applications particularly public areas or those with constant use and is supplied with matching finished guide rail and slide arm. 

Supplied as standard without the intumescent fire pack, which is available via the drop down, and when used in conjunction with this offers FD30 fire resistance for 44mm thick timber doors and FD60 fire resistance for 54mm thick timber doors.

This closer has adjustable power and adjustments for latching (0-15 degrees) and closing speed (110-15 degrees). Spring strength is adjustable on the door from size 2-4 for doors up to 1100mm wide/80kgs weight, where the minimum width of the door is 760mm.

This closer has been included in a successful fire test to EN1634-120min , CE Marked and Certifire Approved Certificate Number CF6141.

The closer meets BS8300/Equalities Act/Approved Document 'M' and has an opening force (0-30 degrees) less than 30N when fitted to a minimum door width of 803mm and has an opening force (30-60 degrees) less than 22.5N when fitted to a minimum width door of 595mm.

BS8300 requirements are for the whole door set and therefore the minimum suitable door width will increase when the door closer is fitted with other items of ironmongery and site condition may also affect performance
