Colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso si esprime con sentori di marasca, mora e ribes, note balsamiche e cenni speziati. Al palato è ricco e pieno; presenta tannini setosi e ben integrati e un finale lungo e persistente.Il Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG "Pian delle Vigne - Vignaferrovia" di Antinori deve il suo nome ad un’antica stazione ferroviaria del XIX secolo, posta a pochi metri dai filari. Prodotto soltanto nelle migliori annate da un piccolo vigneto di circa 4 ettari e mezzo, è un vino elegante e avvolgente, con una fitta trama tannica supportata da freschezza e dolcezza. La lenta ed equilibrata evoluzione in legno, lo rende, poi, un prodotto di chiaro pregio.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, si sposa bene anche con la selvaggina.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BOOK.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase if you intend to use the Access Code. I was very careful to scratch off the Access code, but you can see it was still unreadable. I went to the website and submitted a ticket. One option for a reason to submit a ticket is 'unreadable access code", so they know this is a problem. They ask for a photo of the code and a receipt of purchase. I sent both. Then they asked for proof that the book was purchased NEW. This was not noted on the Amazon invoice. I was instructed to reach out to the vendor for the additional info. Or I could spend more money on another access code. There are other study options available.
