This DIY cartonnage Kit comes with all cardboard you need to make your own fabric tissue box cover, as shown in the pictures. The pieces of paper (chipboard and poster board) are precut in the right sizes you need for this project. NOW in a slightly smaller size to better fit the tissue boxes available in the market. The finished tissue box cover will be 5 1/8" x 5 1/8" x 5 1/4", and will fit the square Kleenex tissue boxes and other brands with the similar dimensions. You can make it special for Christmas or other seasons, or just use your favorite fabric, it is up to you! No worries about cutting paper! Fabric and other contents showed in pictures are not included.
ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE! The instruction is a very clear PDF tutorial (written) with lots of pictures showing in details step by step to guide you through the whole process (it is not video, it's written instructions), no steps missing, no guessing! Inside the kit you will find the password and easy directions to download the instruction to your computer.
For making the tissue box cover you will need this kit, the instruction, two coordinating fabrics (1 fat quarter each), white PVA glue (Glue-All), rotary cutter, cutting board, a small paint roller with tray, paint brush and masking tape.
Cartonnage tools (spatula, acrylic spacers and corner tool) will facilitate the process and give a better finishing for your project. Find them in the tools section of the shop.
