We’re excited to introduce the world to the Dreampod Ice Series. It seems like everyone is getting into cold plunges today. Whether you’re an elite athlete looking for ways to speed up recovery or a biohacker trying to push the limits of your mind and body, our Ice Series is for you.

Here at Dreampod we’re all about options. First up, are our two commercial products, the standard bath and the barrel. Each is crafted using the best quality fiberglass, plastics, and hand polished for the shiniest of finishes. Both have a double hull GRP base with foam insulation for better cold retention. As well as an anti-slip floor.

Our standard Bath is 1600 mm long (over 5 ft.) and allows for even the tallest of people to enjoy the benefits of cold therapy. Our Barrel has a much smaller footprint and accommodates our clients who may be limited on space, but still want the opportunity to freeze.

Next up is our at home option, the Ice Bath Flex. The Flex is an inflatable, reinforced tub design utilizing the same inflatable technology found in modern stand up paddle boards. Once inflated, the walls become rigid and the barrier of air within the walls acts as a natural insulator, helping to keep the water nice and cold.

Some benefits of cold immersion
