This pressure reduces the flow of blood out of the penis. The Active LoopRing may be tightened or loosened to fit. An O-ring and ball-locking unit allow for easy adjustment of tension.
The ALR can also be used in conjunction with the ACTIVE Erection System or Manual Erection System (Vacuum therapy)
