Unleash Industrial-Grade Power and Comfort with the Bosch GWS25-180JR 7-Inch Angle Grinder

The Bosch GWS25-180JR 7-Inch 15-Amp Large Angle Grinder is a heavy-duty power cutting and surface preparation powerhouse engineered for metal fabricators, ironworkers, demolition crews, and commercial welding professionals. Driven by a massive, high-output 15-Amp motor that clocks in at a blistering 8,500 no-load RPM, this industrial electric grinder delivers uncompromising torque and rapid material removal rates. It stands as the premier choice for slicing structural steel beams, grinding thick weld seams, beveling pipe profiles, and aggressively stripping rust or mill scale over expansive metal surfaces where standard grinders simply stall out.

Engineered to balance high-capacity performance with exceptional operator endurance, the GWS25-180JR features an innovative rotatable main handle that smoothly pivots to grant the ideal hand stance for both horizontal slicing and vertical face grinding. Unlike standard models, this configuration features a specialized lock-on trigger switch that dramatically reduces hand fatigue during continuous, extended applications by eliminating the need to constantly squeeze the grip. Coupled with an anti-vibration side auxiliary handle, an advanced soft-start motor curve to negate dangerous initial kickback twisting, and integrated restart protection to prevent tool startup following sudden power supply interruptions, this tool brings commercial-grade productivity and safety directly to your workstation.

Key Features

  • High-Torque 15-Amp Motor: High-performance electric motor pushes up to 8,500 RPM to easily chew through carbon steel, cast iron, and metal weldments.
  • Continuous Lock-On Trigger: Convenient lock-on feature keeps the motor engaged during long runs, significantly reducing hand cramps and user strain.
  • Multi-Position Rotatable Handle: Rear main handle frame turns and locks to accommodate a wide variety of tight-quarters cutting or surface polishing angles.
  • Vibration Control Side Grip: Dual-position auxiliary handle actively dampens harsh mechanical hand vibrations, ensuring premium control and comfort.
  • Smooth Torque Soft-Start Control: Minimizes high-amperage initial power surges upon startup, establishing a highly manageable and precise speed ramp-up.
  • Smart Restart Interlock Protection: Restricts the high-speed electric motor from turning back on unannounced if a generator or jobsite breaker drops and resets.

A little-mentioned history
Format: Kindle
Captivating History has released a publication that tells of the period when Italy, under the government of Mussolini, invaded Ethiopia and overthrew the government of Haile Salassee. This war was revenge for Italy's loss against Ethiopia in 1896 but weakened Italy which helped its decision to align with Hitler. For Ethiopia, the invasion represented a major setback, as it lost its independence and became subject to Italian colonial rule until the defeat of Italy in World War II. Haile Selassie returned to Ethiopia in 1941 after the British, in alliance with Ethiopian resistance fighters, liberated the country. The Italian invasion of Ethiopia remains a significant event in African history, highlighting the consequences of colonial aggression and the limitations of international diplomacy in preventing such conflicts. It also played a role in shaping Ethiopia's determination to regain its sovereignty and become a symbol of African resistance against colonialism. This is a worthwhile read as it explores a little-known facet of African history.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This book is an excellent read! It provides a well-organized and concise summary of Ethiopia’s entire history, which is no small task given the country’s rich and complex past. The writing is consistent, informative, and historically accurate, making it easy to follow and deeply engaging. I especially appreciate how it also includes insights into Eritrea’s history, offering a broader understanding of the region. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a solid, accessible introduction to Ethiopian and Eritrean history. Captivating History did a fantastic job!

A compact history
Format: Paperback
Sometimes we want to take a historical subject that we know little about and get a brief gloss to learn enough to discover which parts of the subject we want to delve into at greater length. "History of Ethiopia" is exactly what we need to satisfy that desire. We get the entire history of the African nation, from the very ancient days up to this very year, 2022. naturally, we do not get many nuances. What we do get is the big picture. We know how the various periods in history fit together. From the Queen of Sheba to the nasty era of the Communist Derg, we get a little bit of everything. One irritation that I had was the coverage of the Ethiopian-Somalia war in the 1970s. The crucial role played by the Cuban army is committed entirely. On the other hand, the 1540 Portuguese expedition headed by Christopher da Gama is briefly but adequately covered. Save for the intervention of da Gama the kingdom might well have been lost. If you need a fast introduction to Ethiopia, this is a good place to begin. Captivating History, the maker, has dozens of similar books, often on specific, narrowly focuses topics.

Ethiopia from the time when the Queen of Sheba ruled
Format: Kindle
Ethiopia has a long rich history that Captivating History managed to cover in 100 pages. This book starts out by letting us know that Ethiopia is one of the first places humans settled in. One of the first kingdoms in Ethiopia was the Kingdom of Aksum. Like most African countries, Aksum established trade routes and had the silk road running through their kingdom. The Queen of Sheba is a controversial historical leader. Many scholars believe she was queen in Ethiopia. The bible states that a queen of the south came to Israel to meet King Solomon. Historians believe that the queen of the south was in fact the Queen of Sheba. While the queen was there her and King Solomon became very close and when the Queen of Sheba returned to Ethiopia she had King Solomon's baby. Menelik I may have been King Solomon's son. Some believe that when Menelik I when to visit his father, King Solomon, Menelik returned to Ethiopia with the Ark of the Covenant. Some believe that the ark is hidden away in some Ethiopian monastery, still today. There is still a lot of Ethiopia's history left for you to learn about by reading this book.
