In bocca è equilibrato, morbido nonostante una buona sapidità che gli dona freschezza, Finale secco e deciso, con un ritorno sul frutto.Il pecorino ormai sta conoscendo un momento di grande visibilità, che piano piano lo sta portando a riscuotere i successi che merita. Un uva sfaccettata, capace di trarre il meglio dai molteplici territori che lo ospitano. Dopo una vinificazione in bianco, a temperatura controllata, Cascina del colle propone una versione fresca, ma anche tipica, che rimanda ad un idea classica, molto morbida del Pecorino.
Un pecorino perfetto da abbinare a piatti caldi di pesce e carni bianche. Frittura mista di pesce.

Reliable and stylish bag
This large canvas tote bag is suitable for various outings. The versatility of being able to carry it as a tote bag, a handbag or as a crossbody bag is fantastic. The fabric is thick and sturdy, and inside it features a liner with three pockets, one of which is zippered. The decorative straps are a nice design accent. I think a touch of style. The tote bag can also be zip closed, perfect for keeping my stuff organized and secured. While the bag does have a bit of weight due to the thick fabric, I actually see this as a positive – it feels built to last and can handle whatever I throw in it.

Tote bag
The crossbody clamps continuously come off or disattach from the bag. It does not hold a form when set down. Handles are in the way of zipping the bag. The dynamics of this bag just aren't great. The material is scratchy. Overall it's just not a great tote bag.

Ample
Good size and carrying options (strap, crossbody). Adequate compartments and hardware. I like the relatively neutral "green" color (there are 3 other options). All color options share the strap pattern; I find it OK but would prefer if the strap were the same color (solid) as the bag itself.
