He touches on the heart of the issue with the vitriol with which Christians often treat each other. Christians of all types should take to heart the message of this book and apply its lessons in their daily lives, but especially when evangelizing. For years, I've recommended three different books when it comes to the topic of communication, and after reading this one, I will be adding it as the fourth to that list. Given how easy it is to read, this is a fantastic book to start with.
