Je gebruikt de pot door fijngesneden groenten te mengen met zout en stevig aan te drukken in de pot. De meegeleverde fermentatiestenen zorgen ervoor dat de groenten volledig onder het vocht blijven, wat essentieel is voor een goed en veilig fermentatieproces. Plaats daarna het deksel op de pot en laat de fermentatie rustig zijn werk doen op kamertemperatuur. Met een inhoud van 3 liter is de pot ideaal voor kleine tot middelgrote hoeveelheden.

De zuurkoolpot is gemaakt van keramiek en uitgevoerd in wit, wat zorgt voor stabiele omstandigheden tijdens het fermenteren.
