Assaggio teso e verticale, che poggia su una vibrante freschezza e su una sapidità fuori dagli schemi.Il Terre Siciliane Nerello Mascalese Bianco IGT è il risultato della vinificazione senza contatto con le bucce della nobile varietà simbolo dell’Etna. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio ed è seguita da una maturazione in cemento per 6 mesi a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco dall’incredibile freschezza gustativa e dalla spiccata mineralità figlia del vulcano.
