This fresh, subtle Sauvignon Blanc is made from hand harvested grapes fermented in barrel with minimal intervention from the wine makers. You'll get notes of guava, elderflower and gooseberries, with ripe passionfruit and tropical notes, plus hints of basil and lime. On the palate, it's fine and soft with loads of fleshy fruit balanced by a ripe, juicy acidity and lingering minerality, complimented by lovely texture from the time on lees and the barrel parcels.
