It can also be used as a foot soak.  A reusable tea bag is included for easy cleanup; bath salts can be poured directly into water to enhance the visual and sensory experience.

How to Use: Add at least 10 scoops to a reusable tea bag and add to the foot bath for easy cleanup. More scoops can be used for a bath soak. Soak for at least 15-20 minutes to receive full benefits
