Beneath the premium surface, innovative interlocking aluminum slats add structural strength and security. Perfect for my husbands trail race! He was cool and cute the whole time! He bragged about how lightweight and comfortable it was, however I would take note that the material is thin. We wanted that to keep cool, however, I could see this wearing out for some depending on your workout. For running it was great and super good value for what we paid.
