Product Description
Fragrant, precise and unmistakably Cornish Point. Sourced from vines surrounded on three sides by Lake Dunstan, this Pinot Noir reflects the vineyard’s sheltered mesoclimate and silty, loess-rich soils. The 2024 vintage sharpened the site’s natural generosity, producing fruit with aromatic lift and fine structure. As always with Felton Road, the wine is estate grown and hand tended, farmed organically and biodynamically, and bottled without fining or filtration.
The wine leads with vibrant red cherry, plum and dried herbs. It moves into a layered mid-palate where cranberry, cardamom and mace unfold over a supple frame. The tannins are silky and sweet-edged, anchoring the wine while allowing its lifted detail to shine. A typically expressive Cornish Point, made with 25 percent whole bunch and matured in 20 percent new French oak.

Reviews & Accolades
Intense, fragrant pinot noir with a delicious and distinctive flavour footprint that includes a medley of floral, dark berry and mixed spice characters. The wine evolved as it sat in the glass, becoming mellower and slightly more complex. A pleasure to drink now but there is certainly no rush.
