2015 - 2020 Nissan Titan XD 5.0 Cummins high pressure and low pressure turbo rebuild kit

The high pressure turbo rebuild kit includes:

  • Machined from Copper Bar Upgraded Thrust Bearing with larger oil feed holes which is critical for longevity 
  • 2 Journal Bearings with oil grooves in center for increased oiling and durability 
  • 4 retaining clip journal bearings
  • 1 Thrust Collar
  • 1 Thrust Spacer
  • 2 staggered front and rear piston ring seals for better sealing from oil leaks 
  • Front Seal Plate
  • Oil Deflector
  • Oil Feed Gasket
  • Oil Return Gasket
  • 1 Rubber O-ring for Front Seal Plate
  • 1 Rubber O-ring for Compressor Housing (you may need to machine your bearing housing for this install unless yours is already done)
  • 1 Rear Heat Shield

 The problem with most aftermarket holset rebuild kits is: the feed holes in the thrust bearings are not drilled big enough causing lack of oiling to the thrust bearing which causes failure over time. The thrust bearing from other sellers is often made from softer materials which will cause thrust bearing failures at high boost levels.

3 major advantages to our rebuild kit is:

(1) our machined from copper bar thrust bearing has large high flowing oil feed holes for increased oiling lubrication and cooling which increases durability which is critical for high boost applications.

(2) Our rebuild kit has staggered front and rear piston rings Which provide better sealing than the factory piston ring seals because it eliminates the gap of the piston rings creating a 360 degree seal.

(3) Our journal bearings has grooves in them increasing the oiling all the way around the journal bearing for added cooling and lubricant which provides additional durability which is importantl for applications with increased boost levels.

The difference in our kit and other sellers is that we use our rebuild kits in our own performance turbo builds!

2015 - 2020 Nissan Titan XD Cummins Low pressure TFO35HS turbo  kit:

  • This is an upgraded TFO35 turbo rebuild kit for the stock Nissan Titan low pressure turbo.
  • This rebuild kit has TFO35 journal bearing which has a smaller inside diameter to match the TFO35 turbine shaft in comparison to the TDO4 journal bearings that are larger to match TDO4 upgraded shafts 
  • If your turbos are upgraded the turbo likely uses a TDO4 superback rebuild kit
  • This kit has a dual oil port machined from cooper bar upgraded thrust bearing, 14mm collar and 14mm spacer which provides durability which is important for running over 21 PSI
  • Machining for thrust collar / spacer maybe necessary, watch video in images
  • The factory collar and spacer have approximately 10mm of surface area on the thrust bearing, the larger 14mm collar and spacer have more surface area on the thrust bearing which is important to prevent thrust bearing failure if you are increasing
  • Staggered rear piston ring included for better sealing
We had great results out of these kits in our upgraded turbo rebuilds, the thrust bearing components in this kit is critical for reliability of your turbo. Do not use steel or factory thrust bearings if you are tuning and increasing the boost on the car it will fail.
